Please note that all listed prices are base rates and are subject to change depending on the starting condition of the home. If a space requesting a Standard Clean requires significantly more time or effort than average—such as a standard cleaning with a high level of buildup, clutter, or grime—it may be reclassified and charged as a deep clean. We’ll always communicate any adjustments before service begins to ensure full transparency and no surprises.

Service Area
I serve a 10 mile radius around the north of Wake Forest with no additional charge. If you are beyond this radius, I have a mileage-based fee.
Policies
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, at least 24 business hours notice (excluding weekends) is required. If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the team is unable to enter the home, a fee of 50% of the cleaning's cost will be charged.
If you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a 25% fee of the service will be charged.
Water, electricity, and appropriate working temperatures (AC/ heat) are required to clean your home. Our cancellation policy applies if these aren't provided.

Payment
Payment must be made the day of scheduled appointment or no later than five business days of invoice. Payment can be made via cash, Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal. Unpaid balances will accrue a $10 late fee.
